Despite having a family background in car sales, Richard discovered his passion for the trade sector when he joined a friend’s company, setting the stage for a rewarding career.
Previously, Richard spent nine years contributing to the Travelodge Maintenance Team, where he showcased versatility by managing various trades, including electrical, plumbing, and flooring. His journey progressed from being a contractor to achieving the role of Project Manager, overseeing responsibilities for over 600 sites across the UK.
