The Facilities Team is responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of all client buildings, ensuring each project meets legal requirements and health and safety standards. Facilities managers are tasked with running the day-to-day operations of the building.

This includes maintenance, overseeing facilities staff (e.g. receptionists, maintenance colleagues whilst on site) and taking responsibility for on-site visitors, coordinating the demand and supply of hard (physical building) and soft (comfort and safety-related) services and overseeing the health and safety of occupants.
